Please read these Terms carefully before using Recursive. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using any Recursive Figma plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service.
  • If you represent an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Recursive plugins.

2. License and Use

  • We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Plugins for your design workflow.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the plugins.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Recursive uses a credit system for operations. Credits are purchased in advance.
  • Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire. Monthly and Unlimited credits reset each billing cycle.
  • All sales are final once credits have been partially consumed, subject to our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change credit costs for any plugin operation at any time.

4. Content and IP

  • Your Figma designs and any output generated by the plugins remain your intellectual property.
  • Recursive does not claim any ownership over your work or data.
  • Recursive and its brand assets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Recursive is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime or specific performance results.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our plugins.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

6. Support and Communication

  • Support is provided via email at support@tryrecursive.com on a best-effort basis.
  • We may send you service announcements and marketing emails. You can opt-out at any time.

7. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
